Amazing Stay!

tasty lunch great dinner prompt housekeeping superb location

I appreciated the tasty and well-presented lunch and dinner. The room service and housekeeping were prompt and courteous. Yameen Khan was especially well-behaved, humble, and sincere in his work. The location of the hotel also impressed me, with greenery all around!

The walkway carpets seemed a bit old and worn, but this was a minor detail.

I found the breakfast buffet excellent. It featured a combination of north and south Indian dishes, catering to diverse palates. The food was AMAZING!!! Lunch and dinner options were also very tasty and well-presented with attention to detail.

fantastic wedding reception

colored fountains marvelous service

i organized a wedding reception at the lily pool lawns, it was beautiful with colored fountains and lighting arrangements. the meal was super delicious and the hotel staff provided marvelous service late into the night. abhijit, manager banquets, and his team, including vaibhav sharma, kamal nautiyal and pranjal gaur, were helpful throughout the whole process.

the bed cover had stains and even holes which was quite off putting and needs attention.

i greatly appreciated the hotel's historical grandeur. the scale of the hotel was amazing. the service was consistently excellent. excellent wifi connectivity proved invaluable for staying productive.

i found the in-house restaurants a bit deserted.

beautiful lighting delicious meal excellent service

the lily pool lawns hosted a beautiful wedding reception i attended. the lighting across the venue was nice, with fountains adding color. the meal was delicious, and the hotel staff provided excellent service throughout the evening.

the complimentary ironing facility was a small closet with basic equipment.

the room service was punctual and helpful. i ordered a late-night snack, and it arrived quickly. the staff was courteous and efficient. i found the executive room to be well-appointed, it had ample space and good lighting. the bed was comfortable, i slept soundly each night.

the gym's equipment could use an update, i noticed some machines were out of order.

variety plants quality furniture faulty shower restricted access

the gardens around the hotel were a nice feature. i especially liked the variety of plants they had. the furniture in the suite felt high quality to me. it matched the historical ambiance of the building.

the shower doors in the bathroom did not close properly. this meant the floor got wet after each shower. the health club was not accessible which was disappointing. i had hoped to use the facilities.

washroom door needed upkeep

the location was convenient near nehru park (i do like a good park).

The room i had wasn't great. The washroom door was very hard to close, and a hanging light looked ready to fall down. The whole place reminded me of it needed some upkeep.
